Abby Toigo
Ms. Toigo is the teacher/case manager in the SKILLS program at Seacoast Learning Collaborative. Abby has been employee of SLC since 2012. Abby is responsible for creating, facilitation, and documenting individual student programs. As the teacher, she develops each students program based on team input, IEP, and related assessments/evaluation. As the case manager, she responsible for developing each child’s IEP with a focus on functional, behavioral and vocational goals.
Prior to her current position at SLC; she worked as a transition coordinator and speech and language assistant at SLC. Abby also worked at the Monarch School of New England as a special education teacher in their high school program.
Abby graduated from The University of Maine, Farmington with a degree in Human Services in 2002. She completed her NH teaching certification in the area of Special Education at Granite State College, Rochester NH. Abby recently completed her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH.
During her free time, Ms. Toigo enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with her family and dog Brody.
