Katie Garrett is an Occupational Therapist (OT) in all four SLC programs . Ms. Garrett has been employed here since August 2014. She also helps with student council and coordinates and runs PE for the middle, elementary, and skills programs.

Katie works with SLC students in a range or group or individual sessions. She is a very out of the box thinker and creative. She provides opportunities for kids to learn skills to help them become as independent and successful as possible!

Katie is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), which gives Katie access to the most up to date research and information with the OT world.

Katie loves spending time with her family, friends, and yellow lab Scout! She enjoys kayaking, watching sporting events, outdoor events (movies and music in Prescott Park), winter activities (ice skating, snow shoeing, skiing), and beach days.
